When you call to request a repair, our office staff will take your information - name, address, phone number, email, and the nature of your problem. We will then have one of our Licensed Irrigators or Irrigation Technicians contact you to set an appointment to make the repair. Most repairs can be completed within the week, sometimes on the same day, as your initial phone call. This is our goal but is not always possible due to weather and other factors.
The office staff will ask you general questions about your issue. Two questions we often ask are:
1) When did the leak/problem occur?
2) Does the problem or leak occur when the system is off or only when it is actively running?
For diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and education, we charge an hourly rate with a 1 hour minimum. Additional hours are pro-rated.
If you are having a new system installed, we will discuss the design in detail and give you a written estimate. There is no charge to receive the initial estimate.
